Apulian mozzarella is a fresh cheese made of spun dough, obtained only from raw whole cow's milk, possibly thermised or pasteurized, and is characterized by a production technology based on the use of native serum grafting.
From the transformation of the milk that is expertly worked by master cheesemakers who are true milk artists, excellent cheeses of the highest quality derive from it, with the good taste of freshly milked milk that inebriates the palate with every bite.
Pizza is one of the most loved, requested and prepared foods in every corner of the planet and the secret of its success lies first and foremost in the use of a perfect mix of selected, quality raw materials that make it possible to obtain an excellent product .
